A cylindrical or conical bowl or a stepping bowl puts the bulk goods
into the right position. The bowl is made of stainless steel or plastic
and its interior is coated if necessary.
The linear feeder serves as a sorting unit or buffer section between the bowl and the removal part. |

Noice protection
To reach a noise reduction of about 30 dBA, a two-piece protection
casing is mounted over the vibrator and the bowl. It is made of
stainless steel and has an inside wall of foam. A cover of acrylic
glass opening on one side lies on the casing. |

It represent the best alternative to the vibratoring orientator for the oriented feeding of caps and plastic or aluminium capsules and of particular mechanical smallware like: dispenser, pumps, trigger or aerosol valves with straw.
His reliability and peculiarity as well as the high speed of the feeding and his quietness make it the most used instead of the vibrator.
The units can be equipped with frictinned motor, with fixed or adjustable speed. |

Silent, fast, reliable, the centrifugal feeder has been designed to meet the requirement of increasing productivity of the lines, taking into account the acoustic problem.
It feeds and positions caps of different shapes and sizes, with diameter bigger than the height, in large amounts up to 40'000 p/h.
